understanding of the unique database management needs of not-for-profit and public sector agencies

  26. I hope I'll learn something and refine my technical and interpersonal skills. I hope I'll wind up with some good feelings about having made a contribution to a worthy effort. I hope the Project will benefit by achieving one or more goals through the quality of my work.

  27. I hope to gain some community service time, since I will be a senior in high school next year. I just enjoy helping others in general, and I would love to encorporate that with my love for computers.

  28. I hope to be able to be given the satisfaction of helping others. I hope that whatever information or articles that I may come up with or whatever else I may do will help expand the Project to other willing volunteers!

  29. If I can help people benefit from my work that will make me feel good.

  34. Self satisfaction for myself.
Utilization of my skills if possible and time to the most.

  35. I would like to be able to say that I have volunteered my spare time with a community project. I hope that through my work I will be able to catch the attention of a substantial number of the many people that "surf the web" every day, and to direct their attention towards the project.

  46. I want to make a difference. Through school activities, I've learned that it is possible for one person to get the ball rolling, and I'd hope that my work online would have an impact on something that I normally wouldn't be able to influence.
